This notice applies only to residents of California, USA, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

1. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. We only share data to:
- Process your orders (shipping carriers, payment processor)
- Analyze website traffic (Google Analytics)

2. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

- KNOW: Request disclosure of what personal information we collect, use, and share
- DELETE: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to exceptions)
- OPT OUT: Direct us not to "sell" your personal information (we don't sell it)
- NON-DISCRIMINATION: Exercise your rights without receiving discriminatory treatment

3. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

We will verify your identity before responding. We may ask for:
- Your order number
- Your email address used for the order
- Other information to match our records

We will respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 days if necessary).

4. AUTHORIZED AGENT

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly.

5. CALIFORNIA'S "SHINE THE LIGHT" LAW

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits residents to request, once per year, a list of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information for direct marketing purposes. We do not share information for third-party direct marketing.
